It was a quick day at arraignment court, my name wasn't even on the roster. The city isn't pressing any charges but they have two weeks to change their mind and mail charges... So I'll check back each week and then if no word, my bond is lifted and I'm a free man again. In the meantime, I need to pick another place to protest! This isn't over by a longshot. My lawyer is going to send me a letter with his constitutional analysis of the situation and outcomes, he outlined there are two ways to move forward with this, the slow way or the fast way. The slow way would be to continue to work this case through the legal system, the fast would would be to find the tallest, shiniest, too big to fail bank tower and have at it again. You know me, I'm all about the fast way! And I know that my lawyer fully supports whatever decision I make. Stay tuned folks, this is just the beginning!
